No free body soap, decent shower gel or shampoo. Water is great though. The bed is not comfortable and when you see the mattress it is gross. Breakfast is so basic no fruits. Hotel has no lifts. Wifi is very slow.

I didn't get the shower gel otherwise the soap was there.

Staff was excellent.They made us feel like home away from home. Always smiling and always eager to provide anything needed. Especially Omar's customer service went above and beyond.I had to go through a professional interview during my stay and he made every effort to help me out.

I stayed for 3 nights and it is amazing. Service is very good. Only problem is the language wise.

Everything was perfect,clean ,location great near to everything,they renovated all this year The staff so welcoming,ready to help and offer all the support especially Ms Samah and also the other man from reception I don’t remember his name ,very professional all the staff We will be back as usual next year

Nothing All was great

Breakfast was fare compering to hotel range it was the same dish every day during my stay. Location of the hotel is great every thing close. All staff are friendly specially Mr Omar was great.

I had a bad experience with the AC, fridges, once I reach there the rooms were not ready. They start the maintenance while I was waiting.. Then they change the room with no clothes hanger. No one came to clean the rooms during the stay

Omar went out of his way to assist me with calling and checking transfers to different activities and airport shuttle. Hotel was under renovations and he was very considerate to noize near my room as I needed a view hours rest before airport transfer. Location perfect.

The staff was very nice and accomodating, they spoke good english and gave us tips about the city.Both the rooms were clean and the breakfast was very tasty and complete.

They changed our room the first night just 30 minutes before arriving.. it was 2.30am...

I wish there was more toilet paper since we were a group of three.

Bad

The room was not clean there were killed but all over the walls. For three days no one entered to clean the room, not even to bring us toilet paper and we had to ask all the time. The bathroom had an awful smell all the time. The breakfast was awful we only went for it once when we didn’t know. And when we paid the took more money than the booking and the told us it was due to the fact that we use visa. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall room and hotel experience was amazing. breakfast that was included in the price was really good as well. Staff was very accommodating and hotel has a great tour group to book tours through. Airport shuttle/taxi was provided for only a small cost and was an easy pickup/dropoff experience. I would book here again!

The mosquitoes that were in the room constantly was the only thing I did not like. Street noise can be bothersome at night but I had noise canceling headphones to help.

I loved everything about the hotel. It's perfect walking distance around the city.. Everything is close by. It's the perfect place to stay in Cairo.Don't let the old building fool you inside the apartments are very comfortable. The staff are amazing they are very helpful and pleasant . I cant emphasize enough what amazing staff they have. Definitely 100 out of 10 for the staff.They go out of there way to help. Any questions you have about Cairo i suggest you ask them.They even help with tours etc at a very reasonable price. Its so safe you can walk around at anytime and you have no problems.I would definitely recommend Cairo Capital Plaza. It's very safe and comfortable I really enjoyed my stay at the Capital Plaza. Thank you...

I can't complain. Maybe the drainage but that's everywhere in Cairo.
